    Beginners are always welcome!

Our Signature Reformer class is great for all levels. Machines can be adjusted to your fitness level — just let your instructor know about any health concerns before class.

    • Advanced Reformer & Reformer Power: best for experienced clients.

    • Reformer Restore: slower-paced, restorative, and beginner-friendly.

    • Reformer Jumpboard: more cardio-based; still beginner-friendly, but Signature Reformer is recommended first.

  • How does the waitlist work?

Don’t be discouraged—our waitlist DOES move!

    • If a spot opens up more than 24 hours before class, you’ll be automatically added and notified by email.
    • If a spot becomes available within 24 hours, we’ll email & text the entire waitlist, and it’s first-come, first-served to secure the spot.
  • What is your cancellation policy?

We have an 8-hour cancellation policy:

    • Cancel more than 8 hours before class to receive your credit back.

    • Late cancellations forfeit the credit.

    • No-shows will always forfeit a class credit, no exceptions —  so please remember to cancel before class starts.

    • Courtesy credit backs are granted at the discretion of the studio and may not be available for seasonal promo packages or memberships.

**Check your schedule regularly, as the studio is not responsible for forgotten or double bookings.**

    • Available in increments of 1, 5, 10, 20, and 30 classes.
    • One-time purchase with all credits given at the time of purchase.

  • Can I pause my membership?

    Yes!

To pause your membership, please email us at least 5 days before you’d like the pause to start. Be sure to include both your desired pause start date and a tentative resume date in your email.

    • Pauses must be at least 15 days long to qualify.

    • While your membership is paused, you won’t be able to book new classes or change existing bookings, and we cannot make exceptions to this rule.

    • When we process a pause, the system automatically generates a new bill date, which cannot be altered.
  • Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?

    If you’re a membership holder — yay!

    • All membership change requests must be submitted via email at least 5 days before your next billing date to apply to the upcoming cycle.

    • The first membership change (upgrade or downgrade) is complimentary. Any additional changes will incur a $20 fee, which will be charged to the card on file.
  • Do membership credits roll over?

No, monthly membership credits will not roll over.

  • What is your refund policy?

All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. However, we strive to be as flexible as possible. If life changes, we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
